How does it work?
The MySchoolAnywhere system not only collects your information through your online submission, but it also gives you secure access to the online system.
Who will be listed in the Foothill Student Directory?
Only Foothill parents and guardians who opt to sign up for the MySchoolAnywhere portal will receive login access. You can choose what family and student information is visible under the My Account Display Options tab. You have many choices on what personal information exclude or display your information.
Important note:
The MSA portal is separate from Foothill Elementary registrar’s database. Therefore, if you are not listed in the portal it will not preclude any usual school emergency contact procedures. This also means that contact changes you make within the poral will not be updated in the registrar’s database, so you should continue to notify the office of changes as they happen.
Is it secure?
YES! Each family will have a unique login and password and the directory can’t be lost or stolen. All data is stored behind secure firewalls and can only be accessed by authorized users with a validated username and encrypted password. All data is viewed and passed using SSL encryption.

- Collecting information:
- Register here.
- In future years, returning families that particpated in the MySchoolAnywhere portal in previous years will be sent an e-mail approximately one-week prior to the beginning of the school year asking you to confirm your current information. At that time, you can update any information using our secure online form.
- If you are unsure that we have your correct email address or your email has changed from last year’s directory, please use the link above and enter your information as a new family.
- Accessing the new online directory:
- When we receive and review your family’s information you will receive an email with login instructions.
- Once you login you can:
- Search by student’s first name, grade, teacher and family last name.
- Create your own custom list of frequently called families.
- Access the family directory from any internet connected device.
- Rest assured your information is secure
