A great big thank you to first grade parent Mara Fleishman and Mr. Almir for coordinating the installation of the new outdoor classroom cover. The Foothill PTO funded the purchase of the covering to provide shade for classes completing lessons in the garden.
Don't forget that you can help support the Foothill Garden by shopping for vegetables and flowers from our very own garden! Join us today right after school on Foothill’s front lawn. Cash only.
Parents and students can learn more about our Garden to Table program and the lessons completed in our school garden, here.

Last year Foothill introduced the MySchoolAnywhere portal, which is available on both your computer and smartphone. Instead of messy paper forms and missing checks, disengaged and uninformed parents and volunteer burnout, we now have happy, connected parents, an up-to-date directory maintained by parents and integrated communication and volunteer signups. We love it and think you will to!
Great! How do I sign up?
Click here to enter your family's information. This is a secure form and you can print your submission for your own records, if desired. You can also watch a short and informative video of MySchoolAnywhere.
How does it work?
The MySchoolAnywhere system not only collects your information through your online submission, but it also gives you secure access to the online system.
Who will be listed in the Foothill Student Directory?
Only Foothill parents and guardians who opt to sign up for the MySchoolAnywhere portal will receive login access. You can choose what family and student information is visible under the My Account Display Options tab. You have many choices on what personal information exclude or display your information.
The MSA portal is separate from Foothill Elementary registrar’s database. Therefore, if you are not listed in the portal it will not preclude any usual school emergency contact procedures. This also means that contact changes you make within the poral will not be updated in the registrar’s database, so you should continue to notify the office of changes as they happen.
Is it secure?
YES! Each family will have a unique login and password and the directory can’t be lost or stolen. All data is stored behind secure firewalls and can only be accessed by authorized users with a validated username and encrypted password. All data is viewed and passed using SSL encryption.
Have questions about MySchoolAnywhere? Please contact Christy Vaughan - we wouldn't have been able to implement this program without her!
At the start of every school year, the Foothill PTO requests financial support from the parent community to ensure our school has sufficient funding to provide a high quality educational experience for our children. Foothill’s Fund the Fox campaign is a long standing, successful program that provides the critical funding necessary for the staffing and resources that are not provided for by the Boulder Valley School District (BVSD).
Principal Schuba has taken a careful look at this year’s school budget. To meet the goals of the school, the Foothill PTO is requesting that each family make a contribution of $275 per student. Some of you may recognize this as a slight increase versus last year. The increase is primarily due to the decrease in the student population (approximately 40 fewer students this year) as well as increased funding needs due to BVSD funding cuts.
Funds raised through our annual Fund the Fox campaign will support:
The generosity of our parent community makes it possible for Foothill to maintain a high standard for learning and safety despite educational spending cuts at the state and local level. Our goal is to achieve 100% participation in the Fund the Fox campaign from all Foothill families. While $275 per student is our requested amount, please give at a level that is appropriate for your family. Contributions can be made until September 29, 2017 by submitting a cash or check donation in the included envelope or by making a donation online at below. The Foothill Elementary PTO is a 501(c)(3) organization and all donations are tax deductible.
Every year matching gifts from employers provide thousands of dollars to Fund the Fox. Please send any and all matching paperwork you receive to email@example.com.
